Choose a pupil to find their reports or start a new lesson. For a new pupil, enter their details below.

First lesson or returning pupil?

For a new pupil, enter their name and email in Add pupil. Add a phone number and pickup location if useful.
Choose the pupil and select New lesson for this pupil. Tick only the skills covered and record the support, observations and next targets.
Save draft, review the report, then approve and publish. Drafts are private. A published report reaches the pupil after their verified account is linked.

For a correction, open the saved report and select Create corrected version. You can save an unfinished draft after entering the pupil, date and lesson duration. Feedback and skill evidence are required before approval. Wait for Draft saved before leaving. Optional device recovery can preserve unfinished work on your own device.

What happens after I publish?

Create the pupil invitation and share it privately. The pupil signs up or signs in with the invited email and accepts the invitation.
Publish the complete report. It is stored in their lesson history; a PDF is an optional export, not the stored record.
Copy the report-ready message below and send it yourself. The link opens My Lessons after sign-in.
Free pupils see the summary. Pupils with active Plus access see full details, including earlier published reports.

Return here and choose the pupil and saved report to review it. For changes, use Create corrected version. No automatic email is sent.

Write one complete lesson report. The pupil’s account controls which sections they can access; upgrading also unlocks previous published reports.

Complete the required fields, then review the report.
